"Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy" is a piece taken from The Nutcracker, perhaps Tchaikovsky's most famous composition ever, that was written for a two act ballet from 1892. The ballet included other eternal pieces such as The Trepak and March and Waltz of the Flowers.
