"Ave Verum Corpus" is a Eucharistic chant dating back to the 14th century. The Latin hymn was set so music by a number of great composers (including Edward Elgar, Charpentier, and Saint-Saens). Mozart's motet in D major (K. 618) is arguably the most famous version!
