Amanda Leigh "Mandy" Moore signed with Sony in 1999, after her break though into the recording industry with commercials and voiceovers. Her first album in 1999 So Real, contained her most-known hit, “Candy,†which topped at number 41 on the Billboard Hot 100, folloed by I Wanna Be With You and Mandy Moore. Moore then made her way from music success into an acting career. Her film debut was in the film Dr. Dolittle 2 in 2001, with a minor voice role. Moore later starred in teen romances such as; How to Deal and A Walk To Remember, among others. She later voiced Rapunzel in Tangled, the 2010 animated movie.
